Puppy Deposit Agreement

This Deposit Agreement is entered into between River Dachs Miniature Dachshunds ("Breeder") and the undersigned Buyer for the purpose of reserving a puppy.

Buyer agrees to pay a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit to hold a puppy. The deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price.

If Buyer cancels the purchase for any reason, the deposit is forfeited. If Breeder is unable to complete the sale due to health or availability issues, the deposit will be refunded.

This Deposit Agreement does not convey ownership and does not grant breeding rights. Final terms will be governed by the Puppy Purchase Agreement at pickup.
